PHARRELL WILLIAMS LAUNCHES THE SKIN CARE COLLECTION

The youthfulness and radiance of Pharrell Williams’ skin has been talked about over the years on the internet. While Williams’ smooth skin is the subject of many humorous photos, there are even theories that Williams is a vampire! Confronted repeatedly with skincare questions in interviews, Williams finally reveals his secret.

Having released a skin care collection called Humanrace Skincare, Williams shares “20 years of skin care experience and training” with her fans. The skin care collection, which will be released under the brand of Williams, Humanrace, stands out with its genderless feature. Offering three products described as “Three-Minute Facials”, Williams presents the ‘Rice Powder’ Cleanser made from micronized rice powder and fruit AHAs that foam when mixed with water. In the second step, Williams offers the ‘Lotus Enzyme Exfoliator’ product, which uses 8% glycolic acid to exfoliate and renew the skin, and in the last step, the ‘Humidifying’ Cream, which mimics the moisturizing effects of moisture with mushroom extract and squalene. Pharrell Williams’ 20-year dermatologist, Dr. Products designed with Elena Jones are clean, vegan and perfume-free!

The new skincare collection, which will be released on November 25, also contains the wellness philosophy of Pharrell Williams. “It’s designed to last three minutes in the mornings and evenings,” Williams said in a press release. “It is very important to look at your skin and also take time for yourself every day,” added Williams.

Wanting to include everyone in the theme of the brand, Williams designed a concept beyond consumers and the environment. “We wanted to choose ingredients that are clean, effective, and usable for every skin type,” said Dr. Jones added that the collection is completely sustainable and the product packaging is refillable. “Humanrace Skincare doesn’t distinguish between race or gender,” says Williams. “We create for humans: we were all born with the same skin, and Humanrace celebrates that.”
